A list of current bid opportunities is posted on PlanetBids. The Contract Plans and Specifications for applicable projects can be downloaded from the website for free. However, to bid on the Project, every Bidder is required to purchase a hard copy set of the Contract Documents from the City of Dana Point. Upon purchase of the Contract Documents, the Bidder will be added to the CITY’S official plan holder’s list. Bidders who have not purchased a hard copy set of the Contract Documents and are not on the CITY’S official plan holder’s list will be deemed non-responsive, may not bid on the project, and the bid will be returned unopened.
If you have questions about a specific project, contact the City department listed in the description for that project. Plan Holder Lists for projects currently open may be obtained by contacting the assigned City department as listed on each bid.

Online Vendor Registration
Vendors interested in doing business with the City can register online through the City of Dana Point Vendor Portal. Registered vendors will receive notifications via email when a bid or RFP is posted that matches the categories selected during registration. It is the registered vendor's responsibility to maintain current information on the City's Vendor Portal.
