Utility Box Public Art Program

The Arts & Culture Commission selected local and student artists for the City's Utility Box Public Art Program to help beautify utility boxes located throughout the City.  City utility boxes were transformed with artwork chosen for its cultural diversity, historic heritage, or key activities of the area.

PHASE 1:
