Over one hundred volunteer readers will read for eight to ten minutes each, completing the entire book in about 15 hours over three days.  In addition, volunteers are needed to serve as "watch officers" to oversee and manage each watch.

The reading in 2015, marks the bicentennial year of our City's namesake.  Richard Henry Dana Jr. was born on August 1, 1815.  So come volunteer and join us or just come to watch and listen.
