On Monday, October 27, the Dana Point Planning Commission will be holding a study session for a new mixed use project titled "PCH & Ruby Lantern" proposed at 34111 Pacific Coast Highway.  The applicant will be present and the meeting and will provide an overview and introduction to the project.  No action will be taken by the Planning Commission on this project.  The meeting will start at 6:00 pm and be held at the Dana Point Community Center located at 34052 Del Obispo St.
