On Saturday, March 31st, the City's Arts and Culture Commission will be holding a Public Forum at the Ocean Institute. It is a free Public Forum and will be held at the Ocean Institute, 24200 Dana Point Harbor Drive, Dana Point Ca. It is scheduled to be from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
