The Festival of Whales Parade kicks off the annual Festival of Whales Event which occurs the first two weekends in March and offers a variety of activities.  To view a complete listing of Festival of Whales activities visit www.festivalofwhales.com.  The parade begins promptly at 10:00 a.m. with a route along Pacific Coast Highway south from Selva Road to Golden Lantern in Dana Point.  Parade entrants are encouraged to embrace the Festival's theme of "40 Years of Magical Migration" when designing parade floats and costumes.
