The Grunion Run 5K Run/Walk and Kids’ Run will take place in Doheny State Beach Park. This event is part of the Dana Point Festival of Whales. Take part in a whole day of activities, including a pancake breakfast in the Harbor or a concert at Baby Beach. Parking is available in Doheny State Beach on a first come basis at $10.00. Free unlimited parking is available in the west end lots of the harbor and a free shuttle service will be provided from 7:00am to 10:00am from the harbor to the race and back.
Proceeds benefit the Doheny State Beach Interpretive Association, and will be used to support interpretive events in the park and the refurbishment of the Visitor's Center, Orange County's largest public aquarium.
