The City of Dana Point and the Dana Point Youth Board would like to invite you to participate in the 2009 Festival of Whales Parade! The parade will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.

This year’s parade theme is “Magical Migration.” Participants are encouraged to use the parade theme creatively when designing floats, costumes, decorations and other props.

Trophies will be awarded to the best float, the best musical unit, the best use of the “Magical Migration” theme, and the best local entry.

Interested in participating? Please complete an entry form and return to Jennifer Anderson at the City of Dana Point by Friday, February 20, 2009. All parade applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
