Produced by the Dana Point Chamber of Commerce, the Dana Point Turkey Trot is the nation's sixth largest turkey trot. Named one of America's best Thanksgiving Day runs by Fitness Magazine, the Dana Point Turkey Trot has become an Orange County tradition, attracting more than 10,000 participants, spectators, volunteers and sponsors to its 5K, 10K, Combo 15K, Kids' 1-mile Gobble Wobble, and two-day expo.

Celebrating 45 years, the Dana Point Turkey Trot is the premier trot in Southern California and is the perfect place to bring your family to run the race before you stuff your face. The Dana Point Turkey Trot is a USA Track & Field (USATF) sanctioned and certified event.

Tour the beautiful beach, majestic cliffs and coves of Dana Point. Enjoy pounding surf, rugged cliffs, and cool ocean breezes as you trot through the Dana Point Harbor and Doheny State Beach. From beginners to elite runners, this event is for everyone!

Since its inception, the Dana Point Turkey Trot has donated over half a million dollars to nonprofit organizations. A portion of proceeds will be donated to this year's nonprofit partners.
