24th Annual California Coastal Cleanup Day

  • Help clean up our beaches and creek on Saturday morning, September 20, 2008. There are three locations in Dana Point with contact info provided below. Volunteers will gather in places all over the world to remove trash from the oceans, beaches, and watersheds. Bags and gloves will be provided and some sites will have snacks and beverages. The clean up is a great way to spend quality time with the family while helping to protect our environment. For more information, contact the City’s Water Quality Engineer at 949-248-3584. Please join us from 9:00 am-Noon at one of the following sites.
